  • Leadership experience in a growth marketing role, or someone who's been solely responsible for growth at their company
  • Demonstrable experience of influencing growth
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with diverse team
  • A data first approach
  • Media or creator industry knowledge
  • Great interest in current developments and trends in the media sector
  • High level of personal responsibility and strong initiative coupled with convincing communication skills
  • Analytical skills to identify strengths and weaknesses
  • Organizational skills
  • Knowledge of project management
  • Problem-solving skills and customer orientation
  • Fluency in English and German desirable
  • In particular, you will work with the Management Board to develop a holistic growth marketing strategy, which you will successfully implement with your team over the long term
  • Planning and budgeting of our marketing division and execution of regular OKR and KPI reporting
  • Expanding the marketing team and being responsible for it independently
  • Find new partnerships, both large and small, with a focus on growing the creator base
  • Create and execute high-growth marketing campaigns
  • Create and maintain the marketing plan, ensuring continual improvement using hard data
  • Identifying product innovation to strategically evolve our business model
  • Generating new leads and opportunities
  • Being creative and identify new ideas in all business areas in order to identify or improve partnerships
  • Keeping and maintaining contact with existing partners
  • Working closely with other departments to optimize current business practices and add value to existing products and processes
  • Following product developments and trends within the industry and identify new markets and business opportunities
