Qualifications
Completed degree(s) or training in the field of marketing or event management or comparable qualifications
Profound expertise in event management
You are an organizational and coordination talent - getting something up and running in a few hours spurs you on to top performance
You like to lend a hand, are extremely experienced in the field of marketing/event and know your way around the media and event world
You have an eye for details, but at the same time you have a certain mixture of creativity and improvisation that makes an event unforgettable
You have strong communication skills, the ability to work in a team and a high level of commitment - even in the evenings and sometimes on weekends
Hands-on mentality with assertiveness and resilience
High level of service and customer orientation as well as a confident manner with different target groups/business partners
Fluency in English and German desirable
Responsibilities
Organization and implementation of events (live and virtual formats)
Supervision of media cooperations and sponsorships with brands, creators and communities
Event controlling and budget management
Management of participant processes from invitation to after-event communication
Support in the cooperation with agencies and other departments
Contributing to the creation of documents related to various events
Quality control before and during events
Calculation and cost control of events (pre- and post-calculation)
Control and approval of incoming invoices
Communication and coordination of artists, agencies, actors, animation, decoration, caterers, security, etc.
Market observation
Handling of artist bookings
Creative concepts and show ideas for streaming events
Analyze and identify current trends and best practices to derive for our shows
